Artificial Flowers

Artificial flowers are the only products eligible for our 14-day exchange policy. Returns are accepted only on the same day of purchase, provided the request is made during our official business hours. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage.   Because flowers express your feelings, we pay attention to every detail to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 6:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery within Cairo and Giza.

Preferred Delivery Time

You can choose your preferred delivery time slot (Morning / Evening), and we’ll do our best to deliver your order on time to make every surprise special.

Delivery Method

Our fresh flowers are transported in air-conditioned vehicles to preserve their freshness and protect them from high temperatures.

Delivery charges are displayed on our website during checkout.

Exchange & Return Policy

Fresh Flowers

⚠️ Fresh flowers cannot be returned after delivery, as they are perishable products.

However, the following conditions apply:

Order Cancellation or Modification

You may cancel your order or make changes to the delivery address or gift message at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once the bouquet has been prepared and dispatched with the courier, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

Product Condition Upon Delivery

The customer (or recipient) is encouraged to inspect the bouquet upon delivery. If there is any issue with the freshness or the flower type, please notify the courier immediately. We will replace the bouquet free of charge if the issue is confirmed at the time of delivery.

Recipient Unavailable

If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery address is incorrect, or we are unable to reach the recipient, we will make every effort to contact you. A second delivery attempt may be subject to additional delivery charges to cover courier time and ensure the flowers remain in excellent condition.
